By downloading, installing, or using the Bitike application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bitike is a cryptocurrency price tracking and alert application. The App provides real-time price information and allows users to set custom price alerts for various cryptocurrency pairs. The App does not provide financial advice, trading services, or facilitate any cryptocurrency transactions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account-Based Features: Your account is required to:

  • Sync your price alerts across all your devices
  • Access your subscription on any device you sign in to
  • Receive personalized notifications based on your alert settings
  • Optionally receive email notifications when alerts are triggered

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF PRICE DATA. CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICES ARE VOLATILE AND CAN CHANGE RAPIDLY. THE APP SHOULD NOT BE USED AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR MAKING INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZTERON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Azteron and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Hizmet Açıklaması

Bitike, bir kripto para fiyat takibi ve uyarı uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, gerçek zamanlı fiyat bilgileri sağlar ve kullanıcıların çeşitli kripto para çiftleri için özel fiyat uyarıları ayarlamasına olanak tanır. Uygulama finansal tavsiye, alım satım hizmeti sağlamaz veya herhangi bir kripto para işlemini kolaylaştırmaz.

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Uygulamanın belirli özelliklerini kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Aşağıdakileri kabul ediyorsunuz:

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul ediyorsunuz:

  • Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümüne yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak

5. Garanti Reddi

UYGULAMA HERHANGİ BİR GARANTİ OLMAKSIZIN "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" SUNULMAKTADIR. FİYAT VERİLERİNİN DOĞRULUĞUNU, EKSİKSİZLİĞİNİ VEYA ZAMANLAMASINI GARANTİ ETMİYORUZ. KRİPTO PARA FİYATLARI DEĞİŞKENDİR VE HIZLA DEĞİŞEBİLİR. UYGULAMA, YATIRIM KARARLARI ALMAK İÇİN TEK DAYANAK OLARAK KULLANILMAMALIDIR.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

YASALARIN İZİN VERDİĞİ AZAMİ ÖLÇÜDE, AZTERON UYGULAMAYI KULLANIMINIZDAN KAYNAKLANAN DOLAYLI, ARIZİ, ÖZEL, SONUÇSAL VEYA CEZAİ ZARARLARDAN, KAR, VERİ VEYA DİĞER MADDİ OLMAYAN KAYIPLAR DAHİL ANCAK BUNLARLA SINIRLI OLMAMAK ÜZERE SORUMLU OLMAYACAKTIR.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve orijinal içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği Azteron'a aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır.

8. Fesih

Bu Koşulların ihlali dahil herhangi bir nedenle, önceden haber vermeksizin veya sorumluluk üstlenmeksizin Uygulamaya erişiminizi derhal sonlandırabilir veya askıya alabiliriz. Fesih üzerine, Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erecektir.

9. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al descargar, instalar o usar la aplicación Bitike ("Aplicación"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Si no está de acuerdo con estos Términos, por favor no use la Aplicación.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Bitike es una aplicación de seguimiento de precios de criptomonedas y alertas. La Aplicación proporciona información de precios en tiempo real y permite a los usuarios configurar alertas de precios personalizadas para varios pares de criptomonedas. La Aplicación no proporciona asesoramiento financiero, servicios de trading, ni facilita transacciones de criptomonedas.

3. Cuentas de Usuario

Para usar ciertas funciones de la Aplicación, puede necesitar crear una cuenta. Usted acepta:

  • Proporcionar información precisa y completa
  • Mantener la seguridad de las credenciales de su cuenta
  • Notificarnos inmediatamente de cualquier acceso no autorizado
  • Ser responsable de todas las actividades bajo su cuenta

Funciones Basadas en Cuenta: Su cuenta es necesaria para:

  • Sincronizar sus alertas de precio en todos sus dispositivos
  • Acceder a su suscripción en cualquier dispositivo donde inicie sesión
  • Recibir notificaciones personalizadas según su configuración de alertas
  • Opcionalmente recibir notificaciones por correo electrónico cuando se activen las alertas

4. Uso Aceptable

Usted acepta no:

  • Usar la Aplicación para cualquier propósito ilegal
  • Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a cualquier parte de la Aplicación
  • Interferir o interrumpir la funcionalidad de la Aplicación
  • Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicación

5. Descargo de Garantías

LA APLICACIÓN SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO. NO GARANTIZAMOS LA PRECISIÓN, INTEGRIDAD O PUNTUALIDAD DE LOS DATOS DE PRECIOS. LOS PRECIOS DE LAS CRIPTOMONEDAS SON VOLÁTILES Y PUEDEN CAMBIAR RÁPIDAMENTE. LA APLICACIÓN NO DEBE USARSE COMO ÚNICA BASE PARA TOMAR DECISIONES DE INVERSIÓN.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, AZTERON NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO INDIRECTO, INCIDENTAL, ESPECIAL, CONSECUENTE O PUNITIVO, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, DATOS U OTRAS PÉRDIDAS INTANGIBLES RESULTANTES DE SU USO DE LA APLICACIÓN.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

La Aplicación y su contenido original, características y funcionalidad son propiedad de Azteron y están protegidos por leyes internacionales de derechos de autor, marcas comerciales y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual.

8. Terminación

Podemos terminar o suspender su acceso a la Aplicación inmediatamente, sin previo aviso ni responsabilidad, por cualquier motivo, incluyendo el incumplimiento de estos Términos. Tras la terminación, su derecho a usar la Aplicación cesará inmediatamente.

9. Cambios en los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar o reemplazar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Proporcionaremos aviso de cualquier cambio material actualizando la fecha de "Última actualización". Su uso continuado de la Aplicación después de cualquier cambio constituye la aceptación de los nuevos Términos.

10. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes aplicables, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes.
